In the heat of the moment, and especially within the divisive nature of our current public discourse, it’s tempting to grasp at anything that can be used to make an argument. Truth can be corrupted into conspiracy. Beauty can be morphed into ugliness.
At Raise Your Hand, our true north continues to be that, with a focus on equity and opportunity, our public schools are our state’s best hope for continued innovation and prosperity. And while there is still room to grow, public schools should always be a place to bring people together rather than tear them apart.
