This Black History Month, we are celebrating history-makers who started their journey in Texas public schools.
Greg Weatherford II is an innovator, philanthropist, and director of The Allstate Foundation & Social Impact who went to public school in Little Elm, Texas (@littleelmisd ). He founded his first nonprofit at 12 and was recruited at 17 by a Fortune 100 company to lead their philanthropic initiative. There, Weatherford awarded over $10 million in grants to youth-led projects. Now at Allstate, he oversees the Foundation`s social impact areas, including relationship abuse, youth empowerment, and nonprofit capacity building.
