By opting in to text alerts, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”) for receiving mobile text messages (“Messages”) from Raise Your Hand Texas (“We” or “Us”).
What to Expect:
- You will receive periodic SMS action alerts regarding the Texas legislative session. These messages will inform you about important bills and encourage you to take action, such as contacting your representatives.
- Message frequency will be limited, but may vary depending on legislative activity. We will not bombard you with texts.
- Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Opting In and Out:
- You can opt-in to receive our messages by subscribing to our website.
- You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us.
- You can also unsubscribe by texting “HELP” to our short code for further instructions.
Compliance:
